The Princess Basma Center for Jordanian Women's Studies, in cooperation with the Forum of Federations -and funded by the Canadian government, implemented a project to empower women for leadership roles, within the regional project (Jordan, Tunisia, Morocco) 2018-2021 - managed by Dr. Amna Khasawneh.

The goal of the project is to raise the efficiency of female administrators working at Yarmouk University by refining their scientific, cognitive and legal capacities and skills. Also to improve their skills in dialogue and presenting a visual presentation on behave of the importance of equality ,AND the integration of social diversity into Yarmouk University policies .
This partnership has resulted in implementing quality pioneering programs aimed at empowering women for leadership roles. The most prominent of which are:

Training and raising the efficiency of (60) female administrators working at Yarmouk University with skills that enable them to assume leadership roles.

Training drama students and raising their efficiency in producing gender-sensitive interactive and digital dramas directed at promoting positive societal concepts towards women’s participation in leadership roles.

Raising the efficiency of media students to produce gender-sensitive digital media reports.
