Yarmouk University, through Princess Basma Center for Jordanian Women's Studies, signed memorandum of understanding between the University and Lutheran World Federation (LWF).This memorandum Signed in the presence of the representative of the(LWF), Amira Khamis.

This memo encourages setting up specialized training courses and programs to enhance the capacities of the Federation members and those of the local community in terms of the economic and social empowerment of the local community according to the regulations and instructions of the University. Besides, the memo aims at encouraging young people to implement voluntary youth initiatives and educational services to the community in various environmental, health, economic, and social activities. It also involves cooperation between the two parties to benefit from the academic expertise of Princess Basma Center for Jordanian Women's Studies to design joint proposals for development projects and submitting them to supporting authorities.
