
Her Highness Sharifa Noufa bint Nasser patronized the opening of “Pink Day at Yarmouk University,” held in the presence of University President Professor Dr. Malek Al-Shraideh. The event was organized by the Faculty of Medicine in cooperation with the Princess Basma Center for Jordanian Women’s Studies and the Jordan Breast Cancer Program, as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The event emphasized the importance of early detection in reducing breast cancer risks and increasing recovery rates, highlighting the shared national responsibility to promote health awareness and support women’s well-being. The activities included awareness sessions and community initiatives aimed at encouraging early screening and fostering a culture of prevention.
