
The Princess Basma Center for Jordanian Women’s Studies organized a student training workshop titled “Data Protection in the Digital World”, delivered by Dr. Ameera Jaradat from the Faculty of Information Technology and Computer Science.
Dr. Batoul Al-Muhaisen, Director of the Center, emphasized the importance of the workshop in empowering students and enhancing their awareness of safe digital practices, in alignment with the university’s vision to keep pace with rapid advancements in knowledge and technology.
During the session, Dr. Jaradat highlighted the critical need to protect personal data in the digital environment, shedding light on key cyber threats and methods of prevention. The workshop contributed to raising participants’ awareness of digital security concepts and safe practices in cyberspace.
